Hiring Process
Registering with Hire-Factor is easy. You can either send us your resume to jobs@hirefactor.com, or drop it off at our office.

Each one of our candidates is required to go through the hiring process which includes a phone screen, face to face interview, employment verification, and review and sign off on our orientation packet.
