Temporary Employees
Hire-Factor can match qualified candidates for your temporary staffing needs. Whether the job is one-day or indefinite, temporary employment is a cost effective way to fill temporary gaps within your organization.
Temp-to-Hire
Temp-to-Hire opportunities allow client companies to “try out” a potential candidate for a specific amount of time prior to them joining your organization. This approach allows you to evaluate the candidate prior to an offer of employment. Our normal conversion period is 520 hours. Temp-to-hire jobs mitigate the risk for employers and save time and effort in recruitment costs.
Direct Hire
For certain jobs, clients choose the direct hire option. For a set fee, Hire-Factor will recruit for your position and provide you with qualified candidates.
Payroll Services
Hire-Factor also provides payroll services for any length of time. Many of our clients use this option for candidates they have found themselves or when positions they need were not accounted for during budget forecasting. Hire-Factor will handle the entire payroll, wages, taxes, insurance and reporting that is required by the state and federal agencies. Payroll candidates go through our application process and complete the testing and screening process.
